Meeting opened at 8:00 p.m.
Present: Bill Wells BW (Chair), Juliette Bird JB (Newsletter), Sue Grandison SG, Harry Morrison HM, Steve Bearpark SB, Mark Watson Lee MWL (Treasurer), Karol Patten KP (Minutes), Brenda Le Surf (BLS), George Churchill (GC), Caroline Bearpark (CB)

Chairman’s Report: A copy of this report is attached to these minutes.
Treasurer’s Report: A copy of this report is attached to these minutes. The accounts were proposed by Steve Bearpark and seconded by Brenda Le Surf.
Election of Committee Members: Bill Wells was elected as Chairman at the last committee meeting. Juliette Bird was elected as Secretary to be supported by Karol Patten and Harry Morrison. Karol Patten is to take over the minute taking. Steve Bearpark and Sue Grandison are to continue on the committee. Mark Watson-Lee was elected as Treasurer. This was proposed by Sue Grandison and seconded by Harry Morrison.
AOB Committee: Update to club rules: it was agreed to lower the minimum number of members to form a committee and to remove the specification of house manager.
Club Members: It was asked when the AGM for Brentwood Arts Council is to be held. It was reported that we will receive notification. Brenda Le Surf and George Churchill thanked members past and present for their friendship over many years and that although they are leaving the committee they will continue to support the club.
