We held our Annual General Meeting at Shenfield Parish Hall on 25 November giving updates about the Club’s financial health plus a review of the year’s achievements. We also confirmed the people who would be running the Club for the next year and are pleased to advise that William Wells has agreed to be Chairman for another year, to the end of 2026. Mark Watson-Lee and Juliette Bird remain as Treasurer and Secretary, respectively. These three Club officers are re-joined on the committee by Sue Grandison, Karol Patten, Harry Morrison, Margaret Corry and Steve Bearpark providing their invaluable support. You can find copies of the Chairman and Treasurer reports and accounts for the year to September 30, 2025, on our website in the Members > AGM 2025.
(The 2025 minutes will be available after they have been approved by the Chairman at the November 2026 AGM.)
Following the AGM, we served a few drinks and nibbles and then we broke with tradition and arranged for the members present to enjoy a read-through of the Club’s Spring 2026 production with many of the cast in attendance as well as director Lindsey Crutchett.
