NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:

HUNDRED AND THIRD ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
of the club, which will be held in the Main Hall of
SHENFIELD PARISH HALL, Hutton Road, Shenfield,
on Tuesday, 25th November 2025, at 7.30 p.m.

after the meeting
AND
A brief read-through of
parts of the Spring 2026 production of
‘Kind Hearts and Coronets’
with members of the cast.
- To open the meeting at 7:30 p.m.
- Apologies for absence (10 members are a quorum for the meeting to go ahead, in accordance with rule 15).
- To confirm and sign the minutes of last year’s AGM held on 25 November 2024.
- To hear the Chairman’s report.
- To hear the Treasurer’s report, then receive and (if approved), adopt the Club’s Accounts.
- To elect those Club members who will serve on the committee and hold office until the next AGM in accordance with Rule 10 which states the Management of the Club is vested in the Committee of a maximum of 12 members of the Club, which shall include Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer
- To elect a Chairman and a Secretary, in accordance with rule 11.1, which states that the Chairman and Secretary retire annually, and are elected at a Committee Meeting preceding the AGM.
- To elect general committee members, (minimum six, maximum nine), in accordance with rules 11.2, which states that they retire annually, and are elected by ballot at the AGM, and 11.4 which states members must provide nominations for the ballot to the Secretary no later than (22 November 2025) (three days before the AGM).
- To elect a Treasurer, in accordance with rules 11.3, which states they are elected by ballot at the AGM, and 11.4 which states members must provide nominations for the ballot to the Secretary no later than (22 November 2025) (three days before the AGM) .
- AOB from committee members.
- AOB from any Club members.
- Close meeting.
