You can now order tickets for our Quiz Night to be held on Friday 29th October 2021
This Social event will be at Shenfield Parish Hall, 60 Hutton Road, CM15 8LB.
From 7.45 for 8pm start, until 10.30pm.

Please apply by 18th October 2021

Tickets cost £14 per person, which includes a Ploughman's supper.

You now have three choices on how you apply for tickets:-

1) You have Internet access / Email address and use on-line banking

  • You use the on-line form on this web site to apply for tickets: Click here for application form
  • You use your on-line bank account to pay the MDC: Click here for payment methods.
    • When we receive your completed application and payment we will email you an acknowledgement. We will also have your name listed at the entrance of the event.

2) You have Internet access and Email address but do not use on-line banking.

  • You use the on-line form on this web site to apply for tickets: Click here for application form
  • You post a cheque for payment to the MDC Secretary: Click here for payment methods
    • When we receive your completed application and cheque we will email you an acknowledgement. We will also have your name listed at the entrance of the event.

3) You do not use the Internet or do not wish to use the on-line form.

  • You can fill out your paper application form (which non-email members will receive in the post) and return it to the Secretary by post with your cheque as in previous years.
  • If your paper form is spoiled or no longer available, you can download a copy of the application form for printing yourself, or contact the Secretary to send a copy to you.
